Sahagún leeks cream.

Ingredients:
4 Boiled leeks.
2 potatoes, middle size.
1 onion. 1 carrot
1/2 liter of water.
2 cups of milk, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Other vegetables, ( one's choice)

Cut all the vegetables and boil them in water for aproximately 15 minutes. Then smash them all.
Mash
: Add olive oil, salt and spices (one's choice) and mix it all.

Vichisoisse: Add some milk cream together with the previous mash and mix it up.
 

Presentation: Serve hot in both cases (alone or with other fish or meat dishes); as well as cold if presented as vichisoisse.
